O’DATIWA WOMEN INITIATIVES TAKES GOVERNOR’S MESSAGE TO AKOKO SOUTH EAST, AKOKO SOUTH WEST
The events were part of the ongoing Engagement Outreach Programmes being carried out by O’Datiwa Women Initiatives across the three senatorial districts of the state.
The team led by Special Adviser to Governor on Women Affairs, Dr. (Mrs) Seun Osamaye had visited now fewer than 12 local government areas of the state.
O’datiwa women initiatives is fulfilling it’s mandate to reach out to all the women regardless of who they are and where they live on the activities of the government in Ondo State.
That of Akoko South East local government area was held in Isua-Akoko while women from Akoko South West gathered in Oka Akoko.
At Akoko South West, the women described the visit as an encouragement with a promise to make use of their numerical strength in support of the governor in the November governorship election.
The event at Isua was also another opportunity for the women and the team to interact on the various programmes being carried out by the present administration in the state.
The women came out in large number to receive the team as they also acknowledged Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa’s administration for reaching out to women in all the nooks and crannies of the state.
The women promised their readiness to compliment the efforts of O’datiwa Women Initiatives in educating others on government policies and benefits.
Special Adviser to the Governor on Women Affairs, and the Coordinator of O’datiwa Women Initiatives , Dr. (Mrs) Seun Osamaye reminded the women of the unwaivering love of the governor for women and enjoined them to reciprocate by supporting the good governance.
