OLUMUYIWA ADU REJOICES WITH MUSLIMS ON EID-EL KABIR, URGES ADHERENTS TO IMBIBE DOCTRINES OF ISLAM
The APC Chieftain in Ondo State, Dr Barr. Olumuyiwa Adu (Cubana) has rejoiced with muslim community on the celebration of Eid -El-Kabir.
In his press release, Dr Adu expressed his goodwill message and urged the Ummah to imbibe obedience, humility, faithfulness and sacrifice that this sacred and spiritual annual festival represents.
Dr Adu appreciated the teachings of Prophet Mohammed (SAW) as contained in the holy book of Koran and other doctrines that will lead us to the path of righteousness and close proximity to our Creator.
He further advised that: “We should offer prayers for our leaders and cooperate with them as they steer the ship of our dear nation to a safe harbour and glorious destination.
” We must renew our hope, faith and strength in God in order to withstand and overcome the adversities and temptations of this world”
Dr Adu Cubana, the renowned philanthropist has contributed immensely to the growth and spread of the religion for the benefits of mankind.
The Ondo Central Senatorial Hopeful admonished politicians and the privileged citizens to display principles and actions which align with the Islamic teachings on peace, love, generosity, gifts sharing and communal support.
“May the blessings and joy of the occasion abide with us as we enjoy abundant grace to participate in many sallah’s celebrations on earth.” Dr Adu prayed.
