OMOLEYE FELICITATES CHRISTIAN FAITHFUL ON EASTER
The elected member of the House of Representatives for Ekiti Central Federal Constituency II, under the platform of All Progressive Congress (APC), Hon. Biodun Omoleye has admonished Christian Faithful to live by the good lessons of Easter and engage in prayer for the successful inauguration of all elected officials across the country and the full manifestation of the renewed hope for Nigerians.
The former Chief of Staff to the immediate past Governor of Ekiti State stated this in his Easter message made available to journalists through his media office.
Omoleye rejoiced with Christian Faithful for successfully seeing the end of the Lenten season and urged for more steadfastness, sacrifice and prayer for a better society.
According to him, Easter symbolises love, perseverance, sacrifice, service to God and hope for humanity. “We should always reflect on the lessons and purpose of the season and demonstrate the same in our lives”, he opined.
“On this occasion of Easter, I enjoin Christian Faithful in Ekiti Central Federal Constituency II, Ekiti state and the country at large, to continue to promote peace and good neighbourliness. I urge you all to remain steadfast in prayers and continue to make sacrifice for the good and advancement of our state and the country as a whole”.
As the nation is set to welcome a new government, Omoleye called for the cooperation, support and prayer of his Constituents as he prepares to be inaugurated, alongside his colleagues for the national assignment at the 10th Assembly.
He also enjoined all Nigerians to rise in unison to pray for and support the President-elect, Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu and his Vice, Alhaji Kashim Shettima to have successful inauguration and meaningful tenure that will make life more comfortable for the majority of Nigerians.
While urging the people of his counstituency and Ekiti State as a whole to use this festive season to pray for the success of the present administration in the state, Omoleye called for continued support of Governor Biodun Oyebanji, in his bid to take the state to greater heights.
