ONDO ANAN DECORATES OLUMUYIWA ADU “CUBANA” AS GRASSROOTS LEADER PAR EXCELLENCE
Dr (Barr) Olumuyiwa Adu “Cubana” was decorated on Friday as Grassroots Leader Par Excellence by the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), Ondo state Branch.
The presentation of the award and its paraphernalia took place at Dr Adu’s country home, Akure during a courtesy visit by the representatives of the professional body.
During the short but emotional procedure, the Chairman of the Committee, Hon. Emmanuel Igiowo who spoke on behalf of the team, acknowledged the unparalleled benevolence of the awardee and his superb interactions with people of different societal cadres.
He further said, ” Sir, you have distinguished yourself as a leader of huge recognition both at home and abroad. We have records of your grassroots impact and we are very happy to identify with you.”
Dr Adu apologized profusely for his unavoidable absence during the main event in August and reiterated his avowed commitment to better the society with his resources and capacity.
While appreciating the honour bestowed on him, the Ondo Central Senatorial aspirant under the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC) offered his support for productive collaboration with the globally recognised institution.
