ONDO APC CHIEFTAIN ADEMOSU DRUMS SUPPORT FOR TINUBU, ADEGBONMIRE, ADESIDA, BOROKINI
It was a gathering of residents and electorate from four units from ward 5 in Akure South Local Government Area of Ondo State.
The location was Ala Quarters in the Alagbaka/Sijuwade axis where the Special Adviser to the Governor on Public and Integovernmental Relations, Dr.(Mrs) Olubunmi Ademosu and other party leaders emphasized why the candidates of the party should be voted for in the forthcoming general elections.
The gathering had in attendance, former Commissioner for Works, Mr. Saka Yusuf-Ogunleye, Chairman of Central Senatorial District of APC, Festus Aregbesola, Chairman of Ward 5, Sesan Akinwumi, party leader, Pa Ibironke represented by Toye Ibironke, APC Senatorial Candidate, Niyi Adegbonmire(SAN) represented by Barrister Jumoke Adegbonmire and many others.
It was an opportunity for the party leaders to analyse the various advantages of voting for the APC in the general elections as emphasis was laid on the personality of the contestants as regards their track records.
The governor’s aide, Dr.(Mrs) Bunmi Ademosu urged the electorate to consider the impact of the present administration on the lives of the people of Ondo State, stating that having representatives of same party would sustain and improve on the efforts being made to justify the confidence reposed in them.
She appealed that they should vote for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as the President and Niyi Adegbonmire as Senator while Prince Derin Adesida should also be considered for the House of Representatives election as she narrated how Toluwani Borokini could make more impact in the house of assembly.
In their different speeches, the coordinators of the four units in ward 5 said they had since embarked on inter-personal campaigns to woo more voters.
In an interview, coordinator of unit 25, Seun Akinsulire said different platforms have been put in place for interaction that has continued to yield positive results.
