
ONDO APC LEADER, HON OJO ABIODUN AJAYI(F.O.B) HAILS AIYEDATIWA OVER DEVELOPMENTAL DRIVE, PAYMENT OF RETIREES’ GRATUITY ARREARS
A Chieftain of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo state, Hon. Ojo Abiodun Ajayi (F.O.B) has praised Ondo State Governor, Dr Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa over the recent payment of ₦2.396 billion gratuity arrears to 2016 and 2017 retirees being the backlog of pension and gratuity arrears inherited by his administration.
“This massive disbursement will renew the hope of the beneficiaries and bring a great succour to their financial challenges,” Hon. Ajayi remarked.
While sharing his views on many political issues with party members in his Akure residence, Hon. Ajayi lauded the welfare strides and infrastructural drive of Ondo State administration.
He also applauded the spirited efforts of the Ondo state government to improve education through the establishment of the State Senior Secondary Education Board, recruitment of teachers and renovations of public schools.
Hon. Ajayi who is a Special Assistant on mobilisation to the Executive Governor of Ondo state commended the governor for paying the salary arrears of former political appointees that served during Governor Olusegun Mimiko’s administration.
“This is very thoughtful of our Lucky Governor who consistently gives optimal priority to people’s welfare.” He said.
He cautioned the agents of destabilization that any campaign of calumny against the chosen one is just an exercise in futility; a waste of efforts and resources.
“We should join hands together to support our hardworking Governor and the second term ambition of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR,” He advised the party faithful.
“The people stand to gain more in the atmosphere of peace and Intergovernmental harmony.
“Any act, overtly or covertly, that is capable of undermining the legacy of good governance that’s being championed by His Excellency, Dr Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa will be resisted by the good people of the state who are in solid support of his policies and impactful projects.” Hon. Ajayi categorically concluded.
