That’s where luck comes in. I said this because I was fully aware that Dr. Bada wished to become a governor of Ondo state at a point in time but didn’t work out
WHO IS DR OLUWADARE BADA
Dr Oluwadare Bada was born on the 9th of April, 1953, in Obanla, Akure in Ondo state
He attended several educational institutions both within and outside Nigeria.
After completing his elementary and secondary school education at Aquinas College, he attended the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. He also attended Haggai Institute, Hawai, USA.
His academic qualifications cut across medicine, theology, and leadership training from several institutions.
He is a member of several professional bodies, including the Royal Society of Medecine, Royal Society of Health, NMA, Association of General and Private Medical Practitioners of Nigeria, Haggai Institute Alumni Association
His working experience outside the medical field includes several political appointments he has held within and outside Ondo state
He was a member of SRC OAU Students union in 1974. Leader of Akure Divisional students union in 1975.
Youth leader of UPN, Akure constituency II in 1978. Caucus member of NRC, 1990. A gubernatorial campaign manager of Alliance for Democracy(AD), Ondo state in 1998.
A gubernatorial aspirant of PDP and National delegate of PDP in 2011. He was also a member of the presidential campaign team of PDP South West in 2011.
