ONDO FIDA CHAIRPERSON, OGUNJEBI FELICITATES NEWLY APPOINTED FEMALE JUDGES, APPRECIATES AIYEDATIWA
The Chairperson of FIDA in Ondo State, Catherine Ogunjebi has felicitated the three newly appointed and sworn in female judges and members of the bench in the state.
The new judges are, Hon Justice W. A. Daomi, Hon Justice O.A Adegoroye, Hon. Justice O. J. Kpemi, Hon. Justice H. I. Demehin-Ogunbayo, Hon Justice W. A. Fabuluje and
Hon. Justice M. I. Ogunwumiju.
Three out of the six new judges are female and this attracted a degree of excitement and commendation from FIDA.
According to a statement, the Ondo FIDA Chairperson described their appointment as a welcome development and a testament to the inclusive governance promoted by Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa.
Ogunjebi who appreciated the governor for his level of belief in the capability of women in the state assured that the new female judges possess the required wealth of experience that would add value to administration of justice in the state.
According to her, the new judges have been part of the justice system with track record that FIDA can boast of as they can compete favourably with their counterparts globally.
The Chairperson used the person to congratulate women in Ondo State for witnessing a new orientation under Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa and assured that the recognition would not be taken for granted.
