ONDO NUJ GEARS UP FOR 2025 PRESS WEEK AS COMMITTEE INAUGURATED
The Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Ondo State Council, has inaugurated the 7-member Planning Committee put together to organize the 2025 Ondo media/Press Week Celebrations.
The 7-member committee has Banjo Egunjobi as the Committee’s Chairman and Jacob Akintunde as Secretary.
Other members of the committee are Adedotun Ajayi, Olufisoye Adenitan, Kunle Ajibogun and Omoriola Hungbeji, while the State Secretary will represent the State Executive in the Committee.
A statement by the Secretary of the union, Olaoluwa Meshack says the 2025 Media/Press Week will hold between 14 and 21 December, this year.
Speaking with the members of the Committee on Tuesday at the NUJ Press Centre, Akure, the Ondo NUJ Chairman, Prince Leke Adegbite called on the committee and members of the Union to promote the interest of the Union to have a robust and memorable press week, this year.
While the Chairman, 2025 Media/Press Week Committee, Banjo Egunjobi, thanked the leadership of the Union for the opportunity given to the 7-member committee to serve, and promised that the committee will do its best to have a very robust and memorable outing.
The Committee, therefore, seeks the support of the leadership and members of the Union to organize a memorable outing that will surpass the expectation of the Union.
