ONDO RETIRED PERMANENT SECRETARIES, HEADS OF SERVICE CELEBRATE AIYEDATIWA @ 61
The Association of Retired Permanent Secretaries and Heads of Service in Ondo State under the leadership of Mrs Grace Mojisola Ajayi, has felicitated Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa on the occasion of his 61st birthday.
In a statement by the Public Relations Officer of the association, Mrs Julie Fayeun, the group, said the governor has continued to justify the confidence reposed in him by the electorate.
According to the association, the State Helmsman is rekindling the hopes of serving civil servants in a democratic existence with regular payments of salaries and allowances, while pensions are not being neglected.
It also reflected on the cordial relationship of the governor with senior citizens, especially with the defrayment of outstanding gratuities,without which , many retirees could have been sent to their early graves.
The retired technocrats urged the celebrant to keep playing his part in ensuring the realisation of “an Ondo State of the dream of the Founding Fathers”, where life is made very bearable and meaningful for her people.
While wishing Governor Aiyedatiwa, more prosperous years in good health and sound mind, they prayed that God grants him the grace, capability, wisdom and necessary wherewithal to pilot the Canoe of Ondo State to safety and prosperity.
