
ONDO SUBEB CHAIRMAN OLABIMTAN EULOGIZES AIYEDATIWA OVER TESCOM BOARD
Rt. Hon. Victor Olabimtan, the Executive Chairman of Ondo State Basic Education Board, SUBEB, has showered encomium on the Executive Governor of Ondo State, His Excellency, Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa not just for the constitution of the board of Ondo State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM), but also for the quality of people he appointed.
Olabimtan, through a statement he personally signed, also congratulated the board Chairman, Dr. Mrs Olawadaisi Oke, and other members of the board, describing them as round pegs in round holes.
The statement reads in parts. “I sincerely thank our dear leader and Governor, His Excellency, Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa for this noble gesture. Posterity will forever remember you as a Governor who exhibits greatest passion for education by appointing seasoned and experienced educationists as board members of Ondo State TESCOM.”
“All the members of the newly constituted board of TESCOM are not just astute retired school administrators some of them were my comrades in the struggle to improve teaching standard and teachers welfare in the past. It gladdens my heart to see them being saddled with the responsibility of leading the Ondo State TESCOM.”
“I congratulate the Chairman, Dr. Mrs Oluwadaisi Oke, and all the board members. Yours is a well-deserved appointment because you are all round pegs in round holes. I rejoice with and congratulate you on this milestone. I have confidence in your ability to use this position for the overall wellbeing of our people.”
