OSPC COLLABORATES MAPs, TRAINS 500 PRE-PAID METER INSTALLERS AHEAD TUESDAY FLAG OFF
The Ondo State Power Company in collaboration with Meter Access Providers is set to train no fewer than 500 meter installers ahead of the flag off and distribution of pre-paid meters to residents of the state.
The development is to ensure that there is a hitch-free and smooth installation of the meters across the state.
Speaking with newsmen in Akure, the Special Adviser to Governor on Energy, Engr. Johnson Alabi said the training is part of the instructions given by Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa to ensure that professional exercise is carried out.
The Special Adviser charged the proposed installers on optimum performance and excellent service delivery for the benefit of the citizenry.
Alabi reiterated the commitment of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa to improving electricity infrastructure and supply, thus leading to a better economy, assuring that all structures and processes have been put in place for a hitch-free exercise.
He emphasized that the challenges residents are facing today, would become a thing of the past with the intervention of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa.
According to a statement signed by the Press Officer to Special Adviser on Energy, Debbie Funmilayo, flag off of the distribution of pre-paid meters is to be presided over by the Governor Aiyedatiwa on Tuesday, September 10th, 2024.
