OTUNBA WALE AKINLOSOTU SUCCESSFULLY SCREENED AS COMMISSIONER-DESIGNATE BY ONDO STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY
Otunba Wale Akinlosotu was successfully screened yesterday, Friday, June 20, 2025, as a Commissioner nominee by the Ondo State House of Assembly. The screening was conducted by the House Committee under the capable leadership of the Rt. Hon. Speaker, Chief Olamide Oladiji, at the Assembly Complex in Akure.
The exercise was marked by robust engagement, professionalism, and a spirit of cooperation, as members of the House thoroughly assessed the nominee’s credentials, experience, and vision for public service. Otunba Akinlosotu, who has previously served as Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, as well as Commissioner for Information and Orientation, once again demonstrated his deep understanding of governance and his unwavering commitment to the development of Ondo State.
In his remarks following the successful screening, Otunba Akinlosotu expressed profound gratitude to the Executive Governor of Ondo State, His Excellency, Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, for the appointment and the privilege to serve.
> “I am deeply thankful to Mr. Governor, Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, for counting me worthy of this appointment. I consider it an honor and a call to greater service. I reaffirm my loyalty and commitment to his visionary leadership and to the people of Ondo State.”
He also extended heartfelt appreciation to the Rt. Hon. Speaker, Chief Olamide Oladiji, and all members of the House of Assembly for their cooperation, maturity, and dedication to the democratic process.
