
OWO/OSE REP MEMBER, TIMEHIN ADELEGBE SET TO RECONSTRUCT OWO, IFON TOWNSHIP STADIUMS
The Member representing Owo/Ose Federal Constituency in the house of representatives, Hon Timehin Adelegbe has assured that Owo and Ifon Township Stadia would be constructed and ready for use before the end of this year.
According to the Spokesperson of the Adelegbe Media Team, Hon. Olaniyi Eni-Olotu the capacity of Owo Township Stadium has been increased from 500 to 1000 while the setting out will commence next week.
He assured that the federal lawmaker has put in place structures to ensure the completion of the two stadia at Owo and Ifon before the year runs out.
In his words, “the attention of Hon. Timehin Adelegbe, lawmaker representing Owo/Ose Federal constituency has been drawn to an issue raised by concerned citizens of Owo where the group sought an update relating to the construction of the Owo township stadium”.
“While appreciating the maturity being displayed by the concerned citizens of Owo in their timely request for an update relating to the Owo township stadium project, it has become imperative to do justice to some of the issues raised so as to clear all doubts and also allay fears on the matter”.
Eni-Olotu stressed that “according to Otunba Dr. Timehin Adelegbe, the execution of the Owo township Stadium project will begin fully by next week as the project was deliberately slowed down so as to increase the stadium capacity from 500 to 1000. As God would have it, that has been achieved”.
“The setting out will start next week and before the end of this very year, the Owo and Ifon townships stadia projects shall be successfully completed and ready for use”, Eni-Olotu added.
