OWOOLA DARAMOLA EMERGES YPP GOVERNORSHIP CANDIDATE IN EKITI STATE
The Young Progressives Party (YPP) in Ekiti State has successfully concluded its governorship primary election, held at the State Secretariat on November 10th, 2025, adopting the Option A4 voting system.
In a statement made public by the state publicity secretary, Adeyemi Adeparusi, Hon. Owoola Daramola emerged the candidate.
“We are pleased to announce that Hon. Owoola Adeleke Daramola emerged as our party’s flag bearer for the 2026 gubernatorial election”
“The election was a resounding success, with delegates affirming their confidence in Hon. Daramola’s capacity and leadership abilities, which they believe will position our party for victory in 2026”.
“We appeal to our party leaders and members to rally behind our candidate, providing solid support as we chart the course for a winning campaign. The people of Ekiti State are eager for change, and we are poised to offer them a better future”.
