PRESIDENT TINUBU APPOINTS SOLA OLOFIN AS CHAIRMAN, NIGERIAN SOCIAL INSURANCE TRUST FUND
The Convener of BAT Vanguard, Hon. Sola Olofin has been appointed as the Chairman of the Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund.
This was as the President has also appointed no fewer than 44 others into various positions in the process of effecting the impact of the Renewed Agenda in all sectors.
Hon. Olushola Olofin is an ICT and management Expert with over 20 years of experience in Nigeria and abroad. He has helped to revolutionize the ICT sector in Nigeria through his leadership skills and passion for digital transformation. He is equally a Fellow of Charter Institute of Management Consultant
He has served as Board Chairman, Managing Director and Executive Director of many Organizations such as; Aquasilica limited, Enrich System limited, to mention but a few. He is currently the Managing Director/ CEO of globally acclaimed ICT Company, SatCom Integrated Resources.
Hon. Olushola Olofin holds a Bsc in Business Administration from the University of Abuja and Master in Management Information (view) from the University of Espoo, Finland.
He is holder of various Professional Certificates from;
London Graduate School, Business Management
AIRBUS SLC Core Skilled Engineer and programmer
Certified SALTO Engineer, Spain
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
According to a statement signed by the Presidential Adviser on Media And Publicity, Bayo Onanuga the appointments take immediate effect.

APPOINTMENT OF BOARD CHAIRPERSONS AND CEOS
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has appointed board chairpersons for 42 federal organisations and a secretary to the board of the Civil Defence, Immigration, and Prisons Services.
The President has also appointed a new managing director for the Nigerian Railway Corporation and a director-general for the National Board for Technology Incubation (NBTI).
President Tinubu directs the board chairpersons not to interfere with the management of the organisations, emphasising that their positions are non-executive.
All the appointments take immediate effect.
