A Professor of marketing communications at Eastern Connecticut State University in the United States, Olugbenga Ayeni has emerged the Coordinator of The Nigerian Project in the United States.

PROFILE
Professor Olugbenga Ayeni is a professor of marketing communications at Eastern Connecticut State University USA, 2002.
He attended the University of Wales In Cardiff UK in 1993 while he earned his Ph.D in 1999 from the University of southern In Mississippi USA.
He was awarded the Foreign Office Commonwealth fellowship Chevening by the British government in 1993.
Prior to joining the academia he was a journalist with the Daily Times of Nigeria, and a foreign correspondent for the popular West Africa magazine based in London UK.
Among the fellowships he has won include Advertising Educational Foundation AEF in 2019 and the Carnegie African Diaspora Fellowship 2024. He has served as visiting professor to universities in Nigeria since 2009.
Professor Ayeni is from Ekiti State, and lives in the United States of America.
