The death has occurred of a veteran journalist and pioneer head of news of Positive FM, Akure, Pa Aderemi Adedayo.
He died on Saturday in Ibadan, Oyo State, exactly a week to his 77th birthday.
A native of Esa-oke in Osun state, Pa Adedayo retired from the service of Radio Nigeria in 2007.
He is survived by children and grandchildren.
