
SILVERBIRD MAN OF THE YEAR: OYEBANJI’S OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS ATTRACTED HONOUR–DELE PHILIPS
A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Ekiti State, Dele Philips has described the conferment of Silverbird TV Man of the Year on Governor Biodun Oyebanji as well deserved.
The party leader who was also the Vice Chairman of Asiwaju Mandate Group in the state attributed the development to various interventions being witnessed in all sectors of the economy of the state.
In a statement signed by his Media Aide, Seun Adetola and made available to newsmen in Ado-Ekiti, Dele Philips made reference to various infrastructural interventions which he said is not limited to Ado-Ekiti the state capital but the nook and crannies of the Land of Honour.
In his words, “the honour done our Governor Biodun Oyebanji is a testament to his aggressive determination to lift Ekiti State to enviable heights”.
“Look at the ring road projects as well as the flyover bridge from Ijigbo to Okeyinmi which would go a long way to change the face of the state capital and also improve Socio-economic and political activities in the state”.
This will also attract investors as the Governor is busy creating enabling environments to improve business activities”.
Dele Philips also acknowledged the efforts of Governor Oyebanji towards making the Ekiti Cargo Airport not only operational but also creating avenues for interstate interaction.
“For Silverbird TV to confer Man of the Year on Governor Biodun Oyebanji means they also have information about the positive developments being witnessed in the state”, Dele Philips stressed.
The Aramoko-Ekiti-born party leader used the opportunity to urge residents, especially from Ekiti Central Federal Constituency 2 comprising Ekiti West, Efon and Ijero local government areas to support the BAO 2026 Agenda for the continuity of good governance in the state.
