
SKILL-A-YOUTH HOLDS FREE TRAINING PROGRAMME IN BASIC MACHINE REPAIRS IN AKURE
A Non-governmental Organisation based in Ondo and Ekiti States, Skill-A-Youth has embarked on training of youths in basic machine repairs.
The 2-day intensive training programme focuses on black head and industrial machines repairs.
The initiative is aimed at equipping the youths in with valuable skills in machine maintenance and repairs, thereby helping them to become self-reliant and job-ready.
The training holding at TeHub Headquarters in Akure featured professionals imparted the required knowledge for maintaining and repairing machines.
One of the trainers, Babatunde Lukman took time to enlighten participants on the various steps to ensure durability of equipment as well as accessing appropriate accessories.
He commended the CEO of Skill-A-Youth, Mr. Ilesanmi Brainbox Ade-Ademola for imparting positively on the lives of the people.
Some of the beneficiaries who spoke with Naija Parrots said the training would go a long way in equipping them with the required knowledge that can also empower them.
