STATE MINISTER OF YOUTH DEVELOPMENT, AYODELE OLAWANDE EMPHASIZES TINUBU’S DETERMINATION TO IMPART ON NIGERIAN YOUTHS
***Holds interactive session with Youth Wing of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide in Enugu State
The Minister of State for Youth Development, Ayodele Olawande has charged major stakeholders in the Eastern part of the country to keep investing in building more industries as a way of complimenting the efforts of government at creating jobs for the teeming youths.
The Minister who was speaking at an interactive session with the Youth Wing of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide in Enugu State as part of his ongoing youth engagement across the country, said the federal government has put in place strategies that would guarantee peaceful as well as enabling and conducive environment.
Olawande who was accompanied by some top officials of the ministry acknowledged the roles being played by the Igbos in the country in terms of economic development and urged stakeholders in attendance to key into the various interventions being promoted by the Tinubu-led administration.
The Minister also mentioned the numerous initiatives of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu towards ensuring that Nigerian youths in general benefit from the Renewed Hope Agenda of this administration which has been designed to impart positively on their lives.
Olawande assured that the federal government has put in place the required modalities that would enable them benefit from the various youth development programmes and policies that have been carefully designed to make changes.
Various speakers at the event appreciated the minister for his roles in ensuring that Nigerian youths are not short-changed in the process of benefiting from the programmes and policies of Tinubu administration aimed at uplifting the living standards of the youths and Nigerians in general.
