SUNSHINE GRASSROOTS NETWORK’S TINUBU APRON INITIATIVE HITS ORE MARKET IN ONDO STATE
The Sunshine Grassroots Network (SGN) has concluded the first leg of its statewide market outreach in Ondo State, distributing branded aprons to over 1,000 market women and men in Ore, Odigbo Local Government Area.
The event, led by SGN’s Director-General, Hon. Dayo Awude, marked the culmination of the initiative’s visits to the three senatorial districts in Ondo State, following earlier stops in Ikare Akoko and Akure.
Traders at Ore Market expressed gratitude for the gesture, describing it as the first major engagement since the conclusion of the presidential and state elections. They pledged continued support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and appealed to Minister of Interior, Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, to facilitate more benefits for the market community.
SGN’s Director of Media and Publicity, Hon Dele Ogunbameru, reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to grassroots mobilization and market empowerment, announcing plans to visit more markets in the state.
