Ekiti State House of Assembly has been shut over rumour of planned invasion by some people who are reportedly working in favour of the immediate past governor, Kayode Fayemi.
Newsmen who visited the premises of the Assembly Complex reports that police officers were at strategic locations in the to prevent breakdown of law and order.
Workers were also reportedly sighted trooping out of their offices to their respective homes.
It was learnt that Hon. Gboyega Aribisogan who emerged the speaker was said to be from the other camp not loyal to the immediate past governor.
It would be recalled that Chief Gboyega Aribisogan was elected as the new speaker of the assembly after defeating Mrs Olubunmi Adelugba from Emure Ekiti.
