THE NIGERIA PROJECT INAUGURATES ONDO STATE EXECUTIVE AS ENGR JIMMY AKINTADE EMERGES COORDINATOR
The task of building Nigeria to realise its goals and become relevant in the comity of nations is the responsibility of all its citizens.
Making this observation during the inauguration of Ondo State Chapter of The Nigeria Project in Akure at the weekend was the State Coordinator of the group, Engineer Hon. Jimmy Akintade.
Akintade who expressed regrets that the nation is still struggling to realise its vast economic potentials after decades of independence opined that until the citizens are given opportunities to partake and contribute their quota to its development, the dream of overcoming its myriads of socio-economic and political challenges will remain a mirage.
According to him, the group is neither political nor religious but a group of likeminds who are interested in the growth and development of their fatherland.
Noting that the task ahead the members who came from each of the eighteen Local Government Areas of the state are enormous, Akintade solicited unity and cooperation without which he said the aims and objectives of the group will be difficult to realise.
He said: “The major goal of our principal, General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida (Rtd) is to rescue Nigeria which is currently on the verge of collapse both economically and politically.
He commended the National Coordinator of the group, Chief Reagan Ufomba who spoke with all the inaugurated officers online for his tireless efforts aimed at moving the country to the next level of development
