
TNP NATIONAL CONVENER OCHIAGHA REAGAN UFOMBA CHARGES LEADERSHIP ON SERVICE DELIVERY
… Directs comprehensive review of appointments and performances
The National Convener of The Nigerian Project, Ochiagha Reagan Ufomba has charged the National Strategic Committee of the group to brace up towards the review of the status and performance of state coordinators and other officers of the movement.
Ochiagha Ufomba who was addressing members of the Committee at its meeting held virtually on Saturday emphasized that the committee has a significant role to play in creating a clear-cut direction to determine the way forward.
The Convener charged every member of the committee as well as state coordinators and other members across the country to step up their communication skill to facilitate a proper feedback mechanism.
The meeting featured review of reports by the National Deputy Coordinator(North), Alhaji Abubakar Adamu and his counterpart from the South, Dr. Peter Osadebay.
Following deliberations and contributions by members of the committee, it was resolved that a 3-man committee be put in place to ascertain the challenges and state of existence and performance of The Nigerian Project in the Southwest.
The trio of Dr. Peter Osadebay, Capt. Harris Akinfoyewa(Rtd) and Mr. Seun Adetola were saddled with the responsibility of carrying out the assignment within one week.
The National Convener also directed that the Strategic team should work with relevant stakeholders to re-evaluate and review the State Coordinators and consider retaining or disengaging where necessary.
Ochiagha Ufomba used the medium to reiterate the need for effective mobilisation of members and attraction of new ones in the process of ensuring the realisation of a new Nigeria.
The National Convener charged the Strategic Team to work towards the process through which the performance of the State Coordinators should be determined to ensure that the movement is well prepared to be recognised in the socio-political space of the country.
