UN TOURISM DELEGATION WALKS IN THE CLOUDS IN EKITI STATE

The United Nations Tourism Delegation, which arrived in Ekiti State on Saturday, experienced an extraordinary phenomenon yesterday that captivated their hearts and minds.
Under the guidance of Ekiti State Bureau of Tourism Development led by Barrister Wale Ojo-Lanre, the delegation found themselves quite literally walking in the clouds at the breathtaking Oluwaleto Farms, perched atop the majestic Mt. Golgotha , Efon Alaye,Ekiti State
Mr. Marcel Leijzer, along with esteemed colleagues, Precious Ovahabonosa and Okemini Dike, the delegation is in Nigeria to lend their technical expertise in shaping the Ekiti State Tourism Development Master Plan.
However, it was the stunning natural beauty of Efon Alaye that stole the show and left an indelible mark on their visit yesterday.
As the delegation made their way up the winding paths of Mt. Golgotha, a mist enveloped the landscape, creating an ethereal atmosphere that felt like a scene from a dream.
The lush green hills rolled majestically into the distance, kissed by clouds that danced low, obscuring the valley below.
It was a surreal moment where the air was crisp, and the scent of damp earth mingled with the sweet, fresh aroma of the surrounding foliage.

The UN Tóurism Delegation left Efon Alaye and headed to Okemesi Ekiti for an on-the-spot assessment of the Ekiti Parapo War Museum.
