
WORKERS’ DAY CELEBRATION: OLUMUYIWA ADU CONGRATULATES ONDO WORKERS
..Lauds Governor Aiyedatiwa over workers’ welfare, civil service recruitment
The Chieftain of All Progressives Congress in Ondo state, Dr (Barr.) Olumuyiwa Adu (Cubana) has congratulated the Ondo State workers on this year’s celebration of workers’ day.
In his press statement made available through his Media council, Dr Adu described the state Labour as a united, dedicated and formidable workforce that has contributed significantly to the growth and development of the state through their professionalism, peaceful demeanour and harmonious relationships with all arms of government.
“We must appreciate their legitimate engagements with the Government which have fostered a good working environment and industrial harmony, leading to enhanced productivity”, Dr Adu emphasized.
Dr Adu lauds the Executive Governor of Ondo state, His Excellency , Dr Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa for prioritizing workers welfare, prompt payment of salaries and massive recruitments of workers into the state civil service, training and retraining of staff and prompt promotions of workers across the cadres, saying all these giant steps will immeasurably boost efficiency and effectiveness in the Civil
Service.
He implored the workers to continue giving maximum support to the state and federal governments’ renewed hope initiatives that will catalyse national growth, creativity, security and economic development.
While wishing the workers a joyous moment on their day, Dr Adu assured them of better and brighter days ahead as we keep our hope alive.
