A leader of the All Progressives Congress in Ekiti State, Dele Philips has felicitated Governor Biodun Oyebanji on the occasion of the 2nd anniversary of his administration.
The party leader described the governor as the real architect of Ekiti Land, emphasising that various interventions being put in place would continue to shore up the image of Ekiti among comity of states.
The Aramoko-Ekiti-born politician who spoke through a statement signed by his media aide, Iyiola Adetola and made available to newsmen in Ado-Ekiti stated that Oyebanji has continued to prove that he means well for the people.
In his words, “on behalf of myself and Dele Philips Foundation, I congratulate His Excellency, Governor Biodun Oyebanji on witnessing the two years of imparting positively on the lives of the people of our dear state.”

“It is also important to mention the ongoing flyover project being put in place from Ijigbo area to Okeyinmi axis of the state capital as this project would facilitate the much needed urban renewal of Ekiti.”
“In the area of human development, I will be glad to make reference to regular payment of salaries as well as payment of pension and gratuity arrears in which many have lost hope.”
“But Governor Biodun Oyebanji came with a new orientation and our senior citizens are better for it as those still in service are hopeful that their rewards will not be denied.”
“I urge our people to continue to rally support for our governor to continue to deliver dividends of democracy to our people as we hope that more of these would be witnessed as he forges ahead as governor of the Fountain of Knowledge.”
Dele Philips added that his Non-Governmental Organisation, Dele Philips Foundation will continue to play its part in complimenting the efforts of government in providing succour for the vulnerable in the society.
