EKITI PIONEER SPEAKER, RT. HON. KOLA ADEFEMI MOURNS ELEMURE OF EMURE-EKITI, OBA ADEBOWALE ADEBAYO
The Pioneer Speaker of Ekiti State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Kola Adefemi has expressed shock over the demise of the Elemure of Emure-Ekiti, Oba Emmanuel Adebowale Adebayo.
The former speaker who is also the Jagunmolu of Emure-Ekiti was a family member to the traditional authority.
Rt. Hon. Adefemi sympathised with the royal family, entire community as well as Ekiti State in general.
In his words, “Kabiyesi was my first cousin. My mother and his father were of the same parents.”
“Same father, same mother. We grew up together in the same house in Lagos. He was extremely religious and stood out as an outstanding generous man.”
“We will miss him deeply. May his soul RIP”, the former speaker added.
