ENCOMIUMS AS FAMILY, FRIENDS AND RELIGIOUS GROUPS CELEBRATE MAMA MARGARET MEDUNOYE AT 80

The location was Déjà Vu Hotel in Alagbaka area of Akure the Ondo State capital.

People from all walks of life came together for the celebration of the 82nd birthday of a woman of substance and religious as well as community leader who spend her resources on the development of humanity.

Family, friends, community leaders as well as representatives of traditional authorities came together to celebrate Mama Margret Medunoye on the occasion of her birthday.

The event was an opportunity to recognize the motherly role of Madam Margaret Medunoye, who was described as creative, industrious in her business, and deeply committed to the education of her children.

Various speakers at the event described the celebrant as a yardstick to measure diligence, commitment, hard work and being God-fearing.

Encomiums poured in from her in-laws, family members, church members and children who include Mrs. Funke Naiyeju, Mr. Segun Medunoye, and Mr. Yele Medunoye while the grandchildren were not left out.

They all described Mama Margaret Medunoye as a woman whose impact has greatly contributed to their success and achievements.

They noted that she is always willing to serve God with all her resources whenever the need arises noting that she has laid a godly foundation for her children and grandchildren.

In an interview , the Ejemu of Celestial Church of Christ Igboliki in Akure the Ondo State capital, Mrs. Justina Olayimide Olaoye described Mama Margret Medunoye as a devoted Christian and generous human with accommodating spirit.

Mrs. Justinah Olayinmide Olaoye urged all upcoming women in the church as well as the society in general to emulate the woman she said has always played her part in both human and societal development.

The atmosphere was filled with fun as live band was in ground to entertain the gathering as family and friends danced with the woman who they said had been influential in the progress of both those close to her even far from her.

The celebration was not without the cutting of the wedding cake as well as prayers for more good things of life as Mama Margret Medunoye looks ahead to more celebrations in life.
