GUBER POLL: WHY CO-CONTESTANTS MUST WORK WITH OYEBANJI TO MOVE EKITI FORWARD

A former House of Representatives aspirant for Ekiti Central Federal Constituency 2 on the platform of All Progressives Congress, Dele Philips has emphasized the need for co-contestants in the just concluded governorship election to team up with Governor Biodun Oyebanji to the state forward.
Dele Philips in a statement made public in Ado-Ekiti stated that the task of building Ekiti and sustaining the level of development being witnessed is a collective task.
The party leader analysed that Biodun Oyebanji has not only imparted positively on the land but also the people.
While noting the rate of Infrastructural development cutting across the 16 local government areas, he reflected on the payment of outstanding pensions and gratuities of the senior citizens.
In his words, “with what we are witnessing in Ekiti today, all hands must be on the deck to ensure that all stakeholders come up with ideas that are instrumental to the growth of our dear Land of Honour”.
“I am using this opportunity to appeal for calm and collaboration that will make Ekiti an envy of other states in Nigeria”, Dele Philips added.
He also commended the people of Ekiti State, especially the residents of Ijero, Efon and Ekiti West local government areas for standing with truth and the desired future of the state.
