The rate of insecurity in the society has continued to threaten the relative peace being enjoyed in Ondo State.
This time, Hon. Akogun Olugbenga Omole , member Ondo State House of Assembly representing Akoko South-West Constituency 1 on Thursday March 31st, 2022 narrowly escaped death as a result of multiple gunshots fired at his car by unknown gunmen.
This lawmaker who is also the Spokeperson of the Ondo State House of Assembly revealed this to newsmen shortly after the attack.
The gunshots led to the destruction of his car.
Details are still sketchy as at the time of filing this report.
