Iyaniwura Society Holds End Of The Year Party, Inaugurates Exco, BOT members
A non political organization known as Iyaniwura Society International held its end of the year party on Friday, December 26, 2025.
The colourful event which attracted the presence of important personalities took place at KSSD hotel, Ado-Ekiti.
The end of the year party of the association witnessed the inauguration of new Exco are President – Rev Mother Abosede Omotoye, Vice President – Mrs ADERONKE ADULOJU, Secretary – Mrs Oluwafunmilayo Ojo, Director of Finance – Olawunmi Esther, Organizing Secretary – Oyinyemi ADENIKE, PRO-Mrs Sike Afolalu 1, Mrs Osaloni Wunmi II, Financial Secretary-Mrs SAMUEL OLUFUNKE, Welfare – Mrs Sade Muraina 1, Mrs Kemi Aderogba 11, Mrs Obayomi Taiwo Rachel 111 and BOT members are CHIEF MRS FOLUSO AWOJOLU, CHIEF MRS GRACE OKUNBOLADE and OlORI ALI MUYINAT AJAYI
In her welcome address, the President of the Society, Rev. Mother Abosede Omotoye appreciated members of Iyaniwura Society International for their dedication, steadfastness and support which has hugely contributed towards the progress of the organization.
She commended the founder of Iyaniwura Society, Chief Olufemi Aduloju who currently serves as Senior Special Assistant to the Ekiti state Governor on Special Duties, for his foresight in bringing them together to fight for the right of women in the society.
Mrs Abosede stated further by calling on all members to cooperate and support the new Executives that will be leading the Society for the next two years so that their target and purpose of the society can be achieved .
She added by promising that during her tenure as President, alot would be achieved and bold step shall be taken to partner with the office of the First Lady, Dr. Olayemi Oyebanji to organize seminar for young girls in the society.
The founder of Iyaniwura Society, Chief Olufemi Aduloju in his speech congratulated the newly elected Executives and BOT members who took their oath of office, charging them to deliver on the task assigned them.
He stated further that Iyaniwura Society was formed by him to create more awareness about the important role women play in the society and the need to treat them with utmost respect.
Aduloju added that a society that values its women is poised for success, harmony, and strength. He enjoined allù women present to be IYANIWURA to their husband, children and entire household so that the society can value them more.
The founder of IYANIWURA SOCIETY INTERNATIONAL specially thanks the PATRON, Mr Niyi Olowokere and MATRON, Olori Adejumoke ADELEYE,the wife of Olubaka of Oka Akoko Kingdom for their financial support for society towards the ceremony
The guest speaker, Mrs Folashade Akintola in her remarks enjoined women to be of good conduct and not to shy away from their responsibilities in their various homes as wife and mother.
She also charged them to impact in their children good morals that will make to be more useful to the society.
A special prayer for IYANIWURA SOCIETY INTERNATIONAL, Ekiti State Governor and Nigeria at Large was conducted by Prophetess Yemi Ajiye JP
Dignitaries in attendance at the event included, Pastor Mrs Alonge, Prophetess Ajiye JP, Mr Abiodun Ibrahim, Prof. Funke Akintayo ably represented by Mrs Adebayo Aderonke.
